Major housekeeping issues, with our room not being cleaned one day and significant stains and garbage left unaddressed on other days. Front desk staff's lack of responsiveness and efficiency in resolving the housekeeping issues.

The hotel boasts great communal areas like fireplaces at the entrance and a terrace by a small lake for breakfast. the gym, bar and restaurant were highly praised for their top service level, with the latter having a good variety of choices. Rooms were comfortable and well, appointed, with spacious and luxurious upgrades available for a fee. the bathrooms were exceptional, and the WiFi signal worked throughout the property.

Despite being conveniently located near a walk, in nature area and cities, it sits right by a two, lane road outside the town, which may cause some disturbance to light sleepers.
